Is there a monthly fee?
No. Tiersly only takes a percentage of each sale. No setup or monthly fees.
When do I get paid?
Funds become available after a 10-day hold from each payment, then are paid out to you.
What happens on refunds and chargebacks?
Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance and the member's paid access is revoked automatically. See the refund policy.
Can I bring my existing members?
Yes. Import your member list and we honor the time they already paid for; members add a card before their next renewal.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cards today. Additional wallets are rolling out.
Can I leave?
Yes. You can export your member data at any time.
