Feegate is a multi-tenant SaaS platform operated by SG Solutions LLC, d/b/a Tiersly, at tiersly.com. Creators connect their Discord and/or Telegram and their Stripe account. Members pay for digital access. Feegate automates the invite, the role, and the revocation.
What you sell
Members buy digital community membership — access to a Creator’s Discord and/or Telegram, delivered as an invite and the role or chat access that unlocks the paid space. Tiers can be recurring or one-time / lifetime. There is no physical shipment.
Creators buy Feegate software — a dashboard and automation layer that runs branded checkout, Stripe Connect, role grants and revokes, dunning, refund and chargeback handling, analytics, and a member portal. Feegate charges a platform application fee on those community sales.
How it works
Creator connects their stack
A community owner signs up, connects their own Discord and/or Telegram, and onboards their own Stripe Express account. Feegate never becomes their bank.
Tiers map to Discord roles and Telegram chats
The Creator defines paid tiers — recurring memberships or one-time / lifetime access — and maps each tier to Discord roles and optional Telegram group/channel access.
Members check out on a branded storefront
Buyers pay on /c/<slug> (or a plan link) with cards, wallets, or crypto when the connected Stripe account has those methods on. Feegate never sees raw card numbers.
Discord OAuth + Telegram Login, invite, access
The Member links Discord and/or Telegram. Feegate grants the Discord role and invites them to the paid Telegram chat that matches what they paid for.
Access follows payment status
Cancel, refund, chargeback, or a failed renewal after the grace period — the role comes off automatically. Stripe remains the source of truth for billing.

Branded checkout & storefronts
Each community gets a public storefront and per-tier offer pages. Members buy digital Discord and/or Telegram membership — not physical goods.
Access automation
Grant Discord roles and Telegram invites on successful payment. Revoke on cancel, refund, chargeback, or uncured failed payment. Hourly reconciliation catches drift.
Dunning
Failed renewals start a grace window. Members keep access briefly, get payment-failed notices, and lose the role if they do not update.
Refunds & chargebacks
7-day refund window. A refund issued in that window revokes paid Discord and Telegram access. After 7 days, refunds are discretionary unless required by law. Chargebacks still revoke access.
Creator dashboard
Plans, members, earnings, activity, coupons, and community settings in one place. Connect Stripe, Discord, and Telegram without writing code.
Member portal
Members manage billing through Stripe's customer portal, cancel when they need to, and see the memberships they paid for.
Analytics
Creators see revenue, refunds, and membership activity tied to their own connected account — not a pooled marketplace balance.
Platform application fee
Feegate charges a percentage application fee on community sales. Stripe routes that fee to the platform and pays the Creator the rest.
Merchant of record & fees
Creators are the merchant of record for their community sales. They connect their own Stripe Express account. Stripe pays them out on that account, on Stripe’s schedule, after Stripe’s processing fees.
Feegate charges a platform application fee — a percentage of each qualifying sale — which Stripe routes to the Feegate platform. We do not take possession of Member card data, do not hold a Creator’s payout balance, and do not act as a money transmitter. Details are in the Terms of Service.
FAQs
Is Feegate a payment processor?
No. Stripe processes every charge, refund, payout, and dispute. Feegate is software that sits on top of Stripe Connect and Discord to automate membership access.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Members enter payment details on Stripe Checkout or Stripe Elements only. Feegate stores Stripe IDs (customer, subscription, connected account) so we can match webhooks to Discord roles — never PAN, CVC, or raw bank numbers.
Who gets the money?
The Creator is the merchant of record. Stripe pays them out on their connected Express account. Feegate takes a platform application fee (a percentage of the sale). Feegate does not hold Member funds or operate a stored-value wallet.
What does Feegate actually sell?
Two things, depending on who you are. Creators buy a SaaS seat: software to run paid Discord and Telegram tiers. Members buy digital membership access from a Creator, delivered as a Discord invite/role and/or a Telegram chat invite.
What is Feegate not?
Not a bank, money transmitter, or card issuer. Not a marketplace for physical goods. Not invoicing software, ad tech, treasury/yield, courses, a second payment processor, or ticketing. Crypto checkout stays on Stripe. Discord and Telegram remain those products; Creators remain responsible for their community content.
