This Privacy Policy explains how SG Solutions LLC, doing business as Tiersly(“Feegate,” “Tiersly,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Feegate software platform at tiersly.com. Tiersly is a DBA of SG Solutions LLC. It covers Creators (community owners) and Members (people who buy Discord or Telegram access). It does not cover what a Creator does inside their own Discord server or Telegram chat after you join.
We do not sell personal information. Last updated: August 17, 2026.
1. Information we collect
Account and contact information
When you sign up or sign in we collect your email address and, depending on the flow, a display name. Creators may also provide a community name, public slug, branding (such as an accent color or storefront copy), and support details they choose to publish.
Discord identifiers and OAuth
To invite Members and assign or remove roles, we use Discord OAuth. We receive Discord user IDs, usernames, avatar URLs if Discord provides them, OAuth tokens needed to join a server and manage roles, and the Discord server (guild) ID a Creator connects. We use these identifiers to grant, reconcile, and revoke paid roles. We do not use Discord as a general social graph or advertise on Discord.
Stripe identifiers (not card numbers)
Payments run on Stripe. We store Stripe customer IDs, connected-account IDs, checkout session IDs, subscription and invoice IDs, payment and refund IDs, and related status fields so we can match billing events to Discord entitlements. We do not collect or store primary account numbers (PAN), full card numbers, CVC codes, or raw bank account numbers. Card entry happens on Stripe Checkout or Stripe Elements. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment-method data Stripe holds.
Usage, analytics, and logs
We collect technical logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the Service. That typically includes IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed (including public storefronts and checkout starts), approximate timestamps, referrers or UTM parameters on tracking links a Creator shares, and error reports. We use this to keep the product working, debug outages, prevent abuse, and show Creators basic conversion analytics.
Email delivery
Transactional email (magic-link sign-in, payment-failed notices, cancellation or access emails, and similar product mail) is sent through Resend. Resend receives the recipient address and the content of that message in order to deliver it.
Hosting and infrastructure
The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Hosting providers process the data described in this policy as needed to run servers, databases, caches, and file storage. They act as our processors, not as independent controllers of your Feegate account.
Information we do not collect as a product
We do not ask for government ID on Feegate itself. Stripe may collect identity documents from Creators during Connect onboarding; that collection is Stripe’s. We do not sell advertising profiles, and we do not buy third-party marketing lists to prospect you.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Create and authenticate accounts (email magic links and Discord OAuth).
- Run checkout, map Stripe billing status to Discord roles, invite Members, and revoke access after cancel, refund, chargeback, or failed payment (including any grace period).
- Provide the creator dashboard, member portal, dunning, refund and chargeback workflows, and analytics.
- Send transactional email and, where configured, operational alerts.
- Secure the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests.
We do not use your Discord or Stripe identifiers to sell ads. We do not sell personal information as that term is used under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA).
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate Feegate:
- Stripe — billing, Connect onboarding, payouts, refunds, and disputes. Creators’ connected accounts and Members’ Stripe customer records live on Stripe.
- Discord — OAuth, server invites, and role grant/revoke API calls.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Hosting and analytics providers — infrastructure, logs, and product analytics.
- The other party to a membership — a Creator can see Member email, Discord ID, plan, and payment status needed to support that Member; a Member sees the Creator’s public storefront information.
- Legal and safety — if we believe disclosure is required by law, or needed to prevent fraud, harm, or a Terms violation, including reports to Stripe or Discord.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers. If the Service is transferred as part of a reorganization, information may move with it under this policy.
4. Retention
We keep account, entitlement, and billing-identifier records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can handle refunds, chargebacks, reconciliation, tax, and legal holds. OAuth tokens are stored only as needed to perform Discord actions you authorized. Logs are kept for a limited operational period unless a security or legal issue requires longer retention.
5. Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions, security (including administrator two-factor verification), and basic analytics. These are needed to run the Service. You can block cookies in your browser; some features, including login, will not work without them.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a SaaS product that never stores raw card data: encrypted transport, access-controlled hosting, and Stripe-hosted checkout. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If you believe there has been unauthorized access, email support@tiersly.com.
7. Children
Feegate is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to or deletion of that information; to correct inaccurate information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request.
Categories we collect are listed in Section 1: identifiers (email, Discord IDs, Stripe IDs), commercial information (plans purchased, payment status — not PAN), internet or electronic activity (logs and analytics), and inferences limited to operating entitlements (for example, whether a role should be present). We collect this for the business purposes in Section 2. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise California rights, email support@tiersly.com with the subject line “California privacy request” and enough detail for us to verify you (the email on the account is usually enough). We will respond within the time required by law. If we cannot verify you, we will explain why.
9. International users
The Service is operated by SG Solutions LLC from Washington, USA. If you use Feegate from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
