Refund Policy

7-day refund window for digital Discord role and community access. A refund revokes the paid role.

Last updated August 17, 2026

This Refund Policy is issued by SG Solutions LLC, d/b/a Tiersly, for the Feegate software platform. It explains the 7-day refund window, how refunds and chargebacks affect Discord access, and how cancellations and failed payments follow the existing grace-period entitlement rules. Read it with the Terms of Service. Last updated: August 17, 2026.

1. 7-day refund window

Members have a 7-day refund window from the date of the charge — the original purchase or a renewal charge processed by Stripe.

If a refund is issued within 7 days, Feegate revokes the paid Discord role and Telegram chat access tied to that payment. The product is digital community access. Returning the payment means that access ends.

After 7 days, refunds are at the Creator’s and/or the platform’s discretion, unless a refund is required by law. A Creator may choose to refund later as a courtesy; Feegate does not promise a refund after day 7 except where law requires one.

To request a refund inside the 7-day window, contact the Creator who sold the membership and/or support@tiersly.com. Creators issue refunds through Stripe (including their Stripe Express dashboard or Feegate refund tools, when available).

2. What is being sold

Members purchase digital access: a paid Discord and/or Telegram membership mapped to Discord roles. There is no physical good, shipping, or inventory. Access is delivered by inviting the Member to the Creator’s Discord server (when needed) and granting the role that matches the tier. That is the product.

The Creator — not Feegate — is the merchant of record for the sale. Feegate is the software that runs checkout, role automation, dunning, and related workflows. Stripe processes the payment. SG Solutions LLC (d/b/a Tiersly) operates the Feegate software.

3. Refunds revoke roles

Because the product is digital role and community access, a refund means that access should end. When Stripe reports a refund issued within the 7-day window — or a later discretionary refund — Feegate updates the Member’s entitlement and removes the paid Discord role(s) tied to that purchase. Partial refunds may result in partial or full revocation depending on the plan and the refunded amount. Do not expect to keep a paid role after the payment for that role has been returned.

4. Chargebacks still revoke access

If a Member files a chargeback or dispute with their bank or card issuer, Stripe notifies Feegate and the Creator. Chargebacks are decided by the card network, not by Feegate. A chargeback still revokes paid Discord role and community access, whether or not it falls inside the 7-day refund window.

Creators should keep records of what was offered and delivered (storefront copy, Discord invite/role logs, communications). Feegate may surface dispute tools in the creator dashboard and may automatically accept very small disputes according to platform settings to limit fees. Filing a chargeback instead of using the cancel or refund path, after access was delivered, may be treated as a Terms violation and can lead to a ban from future purchases.

5. Cancellations, failed payments, and the grace period

Canceling a subscription or failing a renewal is not a refund. Those events still follow Feegate’s existing grace-period entitlement rules. Feegate does not always remove the role at the exact second Stripe records a cancel or a failed payment. The platform uses a short grace period — typically a few days, as configured for the platform or community — so a Member can update a card or finish a paid period without an immediate lockout.

During the grace period the Member usually keeps the Discord role. If the issue is not cured before the grace deadline (payment succeeded, or the Creator restores access), Feegate revokes the role. Dunning emails and, where configured, Discord messages may remind the Member to update payment details. Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless a refund is issued under Section 1.

6. Creator policies after day 7

After the 7-day window, a Creator may still publish a more generous refund or cancellation policy on their storefront or in their Discord server. If that policy is lawful, clearly disclosed before payment, and does not conflict with Stripe or card-network rules, it may govern a later courtesy refund between that Creator and the Member. It does not shorten the platform’s 7-day window, and it does not override a refund required by law.

Recurring Members can usually cancel future renewals from the Feegate member portal or Stripe Customer Portal. That cancel path is separate from the 7-day refund window.

7. One-time and lifetime tiers

One-time and lifetime purchases are digital access only and are covered by the same 7-day refund window. After 7 days they are refundable only at the Creator’s and/or platform’s discretion, or if law requires it. A refund or chargeback on a lifetime tier revokes the lifetime role. “Lifetime” means for the life of that Creator’s Feegate-connected community and Discord server, not a guarantee that Discord, Stripe, or Feegate will exist forever.

8. Trials and unused time

If a Creator offers a trial, charges begin when the trial ends unless the Member cancels first. The 7-day window runs from the date of the charge, not from the start of a free trial. Unused time after a mid-cycle cancel is handled by the Creator’s policy and by Stripe (for example, cancel-at-period-end versus immediate cancel). Unused days after day 7 are not automatically refunded in cash unless the Creator or the platform issues a discretionary refund or law requires one.

9. Errors and unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error, or that a charge was unauthorized, contact the Creator and support@tiersly.com as soon as possible, and review the charge with Stripe or your card issuer. We will help investigate billing identifiers we store (never raw card numbers). Unauthorized or erroneous charges may be refunded outside the 7-day window when required by law or by Stripe.
